In an time when cuts to the arts are being justified in the name of ‘fiscal responsibility’ it is important to remember the words of Steve Jobs.
“Part of what made the Macintosh great was that the people working on it were musicians, and poets, and artists, and zoologists, and historians who also happened to be the best computer scientists in the world,”
If you think you can build a great product, society or world without art and artists then you are not Steve Jobs.
